Q: Eveything is sold out, when can I get something?
A: I have releases every 2-3 weeks. I usually have 15-20 items each release. Because of that, items can sell out quickly.
Q:How do releases work?
A: I will post the date and time of each release about a week in advance. On release day I will give this group a 1 hour head start to purchase via a password to my site.
Q:What’s the password for? How do I get it?
A: The password is released to this group only, and it is given on the release date. It is to give this group early shopping access of at least 1 hour. The site will be locked to anyone outside this group during that time.
Q:The item I want is sold out, can you make me another one?
A: Probabiy, maybe, possibly..the best thing to do is message this page or message my profile ( Stacey Williams ) and send my a picture of what you want. I will let you know if it can be recreated.
Q: Do you sell outside of the US?
A: Yes but only via Etsy at this time. I am happy to create customs for international customers.
Q:Can I bring you my own ideas?
A: Absolutely! I love bringing your dreams and ideas to life
Q: Do you work with remains?
A: At this time I only work with pet remains, please message me for info
Q: Can I send you my own crystals to make me a piece?
A: Of course!
Q: How long until my goodies get here?
A: I ship every Friday. I do not have mail service at my house so I do take all my packages into the post office. I at times will ship in batches through the week, but I usually stick to the Friday post office trips. Customs take up to 10 weeks to ship from the time of purchase. Please reach out to me if your custom is for a special date and I will see what I can do for you.

Q: Where do you ship?
Items on my website ship to the US only. International customers do have the option to purchase custom orders and I use Etsy for those. Please message me regarding international requests.
Q: Returns
A: I accept returns within 30 days of purchase, must be in original condition, buyer pays return shipping.
